Here's how simple it is!
1. Add 1 cup of milk to a protein shaker. You can also use water instead of milk.
2. Use 4 to 5 tablespoons (approximately 1.2–1.4 oz depending on the flavor) of SLIM Meal Replacement.

We do not recommend replacing all of your meals, but instead advocate a balanced diet.
