Shipping policy

All of our orders are shipped straight from our warehouse in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Tracking Information

Once your order leaves our warehouse, please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates regarding tracking and delivery.

Shipment Issues:

If your package has not arrived or is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, follow these steps:

  1. Allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives.
  2. If your package hasn’t arrived after the 5th business day, contact us at hello@protein.com, and our customer service team will assist you.

If your package is lost in transit or cannot be located, please email us for further support.

Note: We are not responsible for stolen packages from mailboxes or packages with an incorrectly provided address
