Dates are on the pics, speak for themselves really. So I'm having shake in the morning with 1 tablet, shake at lunch again with 1 tablet. Main meal between 5-6pm with 2 tablets, I have at times felt slightly hungry so I've had carrot sticks and houmous. Due to my schedule and plans I have sometimes had my main meal at lunch with 2 tablets, and my shake with 1 tablet between 5-6pm basically swapped it round. Obviously still working well with almost a stone gone in just under 2 weeks, first pic 6/7 second pic 18/7.
Just short off a month on these, also taking the night time ones and shakes, and I definitely have more energy and clothes are feeling looser
I had high cholesterol so I was told I needed to lose some weight I’ve been back at gym for a while but needed some sort of extra boost so I gave this capsules a try and the protine and it’s really made a difference I’ll definitely be buying more and taste great and I needed more vitamins so this really had helped I’ve only been taking it for 2 weeks and already seeing and feeling the difference
