I'm not a milkshake fan so was a bit wary of this but I needn't have been, it's lovely! So creamy even though I used water instead of milk. Even though it's not a meal replacement it still kept me full as I'd have one at lunchtime and didn't feel hungry in the afternoon.

Amazing !!! I was a little skeptical at first as there is so many things on the market to loose weight .. but I loved the look of this product. I’m not a huge milkshake lover but oh my gosh …. These taste amazing first order was Belgian chocolate ! My son is a huge milkshake lover & he couldn’t believe I make them out of water when he tried it , so creamy & don’t leave an awful taste in your mouth. He’s also now pinching my shakes..! I’ve lost 8lbs in a week from using the fat burn protein power in a morning with 3 fat burn caps .. I’ve ate as normal but in a calorie deficit of 1350 I feel more energetic, more alert & not as sluggish. I’ve done a second order adding a meal replacement shake Banana for my lunches as I have such a busy hectic life I don’t allways have time to make a healthy lunch. Also another fat burn protein shake in strawberry & banana I can’t fault any flavours there all amazing …i also added the night time fat burn tablets into my basket as there allways out of stock so im trying out the night time fat burn tablets as I’ve told they help with sleep I ordered them late after work on Friday they arrived yesterday afternoon !
