How do you use me?
--> Add 8.5 oz (250 ml) of milk to a protein shaker. You can also use water instead of milk.
--> Add 3 scoops (33 - 35 g depending on the flavor) of SIim MeaI RepIacement. Shake for 5-15 seconds.
